[性能留档] qq.pw Dedicate IP VDS Reliable机器 (Intern套餐合理使用满月升级)

RT, 这台机器经过一个月的合理使用，自动从2C3G升级到了3C4G.
处理器多线程性能基本上与vcpu数量提升吻合(1.5倍)。
